Terms of Service

PAYMENT & WORKFLOW
1. Commissions are worked on according to queue, First Come First Served. Client's slot is listed only after the initial payment.2. The Artist has the right to decline a commission for any reason.3. The Client agreed to follow the Artist's workflow as written below:
ㅤ1. Form. Prospective Client fills the commission form here.
ㅤ2. Confirmation. The Artist notifies the Prospective Client with slot availability and confirmation to proceed with the commission. Any advance notice and questions for the Artist should be informed at this step. If an agreement isn't reached, either party is allowed to cancel the transaction without penalty.
ㅤ3. After an agreement is reached:
ㅤ3a. Sketch. The Artist works on the sketch.
ㅤ3b. First Invoice. After the initial sketch is done, the Artist notifies the Client along with the first invoice. The sketch will be shown only AFTER the initial payment is done.
ㅤ4. Initial Payment. The Client proceeds with the first payment: Client may choose between Down Payment (50%) or Upfront Payment (100%) as stated on the Client's form. After the first payment is done, the Client's name and order ID will be put in the tracker. Client may check their commissioned work status here.
ㅤ5. Revisions. After the payment is done, the Artist then proceeds with Client's revisions, if any. This stage is the most crucial. Major revisions (amount depends on the style selected) are allowed free of charge in this stage. The Client is expected to check the given sketch carefully. It is recommended to provide the Artist with any additional information that isn't informed during the confirmation step here.
ㅤ6. Processing. The Artist proceed to the next stage and updates the Client on their piece. Depending on the menu, the Client is still allowed to ask for minor revisions.
ㅤ7. Rendering. The Artist works on the completion of the piece.
ㅤ8. Final Check. The Client is shown the final version of the piece. Any revision at this stage will be considered as a major revision.
ㅤ9. *Second Payment. After the revised piece is done and confirmed, for Clients choosing Down Payment or requiring additional services, the Client may proceed with the second payment after the Artist sends the second invoice.
ㅤ10. Delivery. After the payment is confirmed, finalized work will be sent via Email.
Note: Free revisions included in the base price is for the whole work, not for each stage. Any revisions beyond the free revisions will be charged accordingly.4. Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the piece. Should there be any changes from the base price stated, the Client will be informed during the confirmation step and the following invoice.5. After both party reached an agreement at the confirmation step, the Client is still allowed to cancel the commission anytime before the initial payment. However, violating this term three times will result in a blacklist.6. No refunds unless the Artist cancels the commission or the Client receives no update on their commission for more than 2 weeks past the agreement (starting from the time the Client's name is put on the list).7. Any specific request that isn't written on the form is to be informed to the Artist BEFORE or DURING the sketch is being worked on (step 3 to 5). Any request beyond this stage will be considered as a revision.8. The Client may issue a revision free of charge if there is any execution mistake from the Artist's side, in any stages BEFORE rendering. Any changes made during and after rendering stage will be considered as a major revision.9. To achieve time efficiency, it is highly recommended to give visual references to avoid miscommunication. Putting all the necessary references in one file / Google Drive folder is preferable.


RIGHTS AND USAGE
1. The Client only purchases the usage rights for the commissioned work. The Artist retains the full copyright and reproductive rights to the commissioned artwork.2. The Client may not claim the commissioned work as their own work or edit it without permission.3. The Artist only provide their service. The Artist is NOT responsible for the assets legibility provided by the Client, and takes no credit from it. Should the asset comes with its own Terms of Service, the Client should credit the author separately.4. Do not use the commissioned work for AI training and NFT, or any type and kind of Cryptocurrency.5. All commissioned works base are strictly for personal, non-profit use only. Limited prints for freebie quantity up to 10 unit(s) is allowed. For commercial usage, including any form of branding targeted towards big audience, will be charged additional fee.6. The Artist reserves the rights to publish the commissioned work as part of their portfolio by default unless the Client asks for private commission in advance.7. The Client may publish the commissioned work with credit to satowisdom.Both the Client and the Artist may issue a complaint should there be any party violating the terms above.
