Terms of Service

  1. Commissions are worked on according to queue, First Come First Served. Slot will only be listed after the initial payment.

  2. Do not claim as your own work

  3. Do not use for AI learning and NFT or any type and kind of Cryptocurrency.

  4. Do not sell. All commissioned works are strictly for personal use only. Limited prints quantity below 10 unit(s) is allowed. Commercial usage will be charged additional fee.

  5. No refunds unless I am the one cancelling the commission or The Client receives no update on their commission for more than 2 weeks.

  6. I have the right to decline a commission for any reason.

  7. I reserve the rights to publish the commissioned work (with watermark) as part of my portfolio by default unless The Client asks for private commission in advance.

  8. Client may publish the commissioned work with credit.

  9. To achieve time efficiency, it is highly recommended to give visual references to avoid miscommunication. Putting all the necessary references in one file / Google Drive folder is preferable.
